How do I get started?

We offer a complimentary 20-minute phone or video consultation where you can speak directly with your preferred therapist. You can book it here. If you are still unsure whom to book with or would like to discuss what kind of help you are looking for, feel free to contact us at 613-417-7741 or fill out this form

Are fees covered by insurance?

Please inquire with your provider if they cover services provided by Registered Psychotherapists. Your extended healthcare provider may render services partially or in full. We provide patients with a detailed invoice of their session, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We do not provide direct billing at this time.

What are your fees?

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying): $180 per 50 minute session

​

Registered Psychotherapist (Individuals & Couples): $200 per 50 minute session

​

Lower fees are available to clients that don't have insurance coverage. Please inquire with your therapist.

Do you provide in-person sessions?

At this time our only in-person therapist is Ariette (located in Downtown Toronto). She also provides virtual sessions. Our other therapists are virtual only.

What if I don't click with my therapist?

Please contact us directly and we can refer you to another therapist at the practice or outside of the practice, we want you to find the best therapist to support you!

What is your cancellation policy?

In order to accommodate everyone, please provide 48-hours notice. With the exception of emergencies, any cancellation with less than 48-hours notice will be charged the full session fee.
