Does This Sound Like You?

You feel things deeply, maybe more than you let on. On the outside, you might look like you’re keeping it together, but inside, you’re often overwhelmed, anxious, or exhausted by the effort it takes to function, connect, or just be.

Your mind races with thoughts you can’t turn off. You might struggle with focus, self-doubt, emotional burnout, or the quiet belief that something about you is just… too much or not enough.

Maybe you’ve been shaped by past wounds, childhood experiences, trauma, or relationships where your needs weren’t met. Now, those old patterns show up in how you think, how you relate, how safe you feel in your own body and with others.

Perhaps you're constantly people-pleasing, avoiding conflict, or questioning whether you're worthy of love, success, or rest. ADHD, anxiety, low self-esteem, and relationship struggles often overlap in complex ways, and they don’t get better by just pushing through.

Whether you're seeking therapy for yourself or with your partner, you deserve a space where your full experience is welcome. Our therapists can help you understand your patterns, heal the wounds underneath, and build practical tools that fit your brain, your relationships, and your goals. Healing isn’t about perfection...it’s about finding a blissful balance.

Anxiety, trauma, and relationship wounds can leave you feeling disconnected, from yourself, from others, and from the life you want to build. Whether you’re navigating the lingering impact of past experiences, struggling with self-doubt, or healing after narcissistic abuse, therapy can offer the space to reclaim your voice and your sense of safety.

I offer a warm, compassionate, and culturally sensitive space where you can feel truly seen and supported. My approach is client-centered and integrative, blending CBT, ACT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness-based practices. I specialize in helping individuals heal from the emotional toll of toxic or narcissistic relationships, rebuild self-trust, and establish healthier patterns.

Together, we’ll work to quiet anxious thoughts, strengthen your boundaries, and help you feel more grounded in who you are — not who others expect you to be.

It’s not always easy to open up about what you’re carrying — especially when the past feels too heavy, or the present feels stuck in patterns you don’t know how to change. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship challenges, therapy can offer a path forward that feels safe, empowering, and healing.

I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, with advanced training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) — a powerful modality that helps process and release the emotional impact of past wounds. I also draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy to meet your unique needs.

In addition to individual work, I support couples in breaking unhelpful cycles, improving communication, and rebuilding connection using tools from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Imago Therapy. Whether you’re healing from past trauma or working to create healthier relationships, we’ll work together to foster lasting change and a stronger sense of self.

Trying to keep it all together, especially when your mind is always “on”, can feel exhausting. Whether you’re managing anxiety, struggling to focus, navigating complex relationships, or living with the weight of cultural or identity pressures, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

I offer a compassionate, client-centered space where you can slow down and reconnect with who you are beneath the overwhelm. My approach is holistic and integrative, drawing from ACT, CBT, mindfulness, psychodynamic, and existential therapies, always tailored to your unique story and cultural context.

I have a strong passion for working with neurodivergent clients, especially those with ADHD, helping you build personalized strategies for executive functioning, emotional regulation, and self-compassion, without pathologizing the way your brain works.

I also work with couples, supporting partners in understanding each other more deeply, breaking out of reactive cycles, and fostering stronger emotional connections. Whether you're navigating anxiety, identity exploration, relationship challenges, or neurodiversity, we’ll work together to help you move from self-doubt to self-understanding, at a pace that feels right for you.
