My therapeutic style
Experience
Life can bring moments of transition, adversity, and uncertainty that feel overwhelming. As your therapist, I provide support for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, stress, and major life transitions. I work through an anti-oppressive, intersectional, and culturally sensitive lens, welcoming clients from all backgrounds, including BIPOC, minority, and immigrant communities. My goal is to ensure you feel safe, respected, and supported as we work toward your wellness.

My approach is grounded in compassion and cultural awareness, with a focus on racial identity, self-esteem, and relationships. Whether you’re facing burnout, loneliness, or seeking healthier coping skills, I offer support for individuals and couples, helping you build coping skills, heal past wounds, improve communication, and move toward lasting personal growth and balance.

More than just my work
My favourite quote:

“The irony is that we attempt to disown our difficult stories to appear more
whole or more acceptable, but our wholeness - even our wholeheartedness - actually depends on the integration of all of our experiences, including the falls.”
