My therapeutic style
I take a client-centered and holistic approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based practices while always tailoring our work to your unique needs and cultural context. I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals from diverse and multicultural backgrounds, including immigrants, first- and second-generation Canadians, and those navigating questions of identity, belonging, and marginalization.
As someone who deeply values inclusivity and neurodiversity, I also have a strong interest in working with folks who identify as neurodivergent, especially those with ADHD. Together, we can explore ways to build self-compassion, create personalized strategies for daily life, and celebrate your strengths.
