How Therapy Can Help
Our team of experienced therapists is equipped with specialized training to effectively address a broad spectrum of neurodivergent needs.
Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD):
Therapy for individuals with ASD focuses on enhancing communication skills, social interaction, and behaviour management. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, sensory integration and social skills training are common approaches used to help individuals with ASD thrive and reach their full potential.
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD):
Therapy for ADHD often includes cognitive-behavioral strategies to improve focus, organization, and time management. Additionally, therapy can address emotional regulation, self-esteem, and interpersonal relationships, helping individuals with ADHD develop coping skills and succeed in various aspects of life.
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Hi, I'm Andi!
I work with children, teens, and adults with neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming and collaborative, focused on helping clients better understand how their brains work rather than trying to change who they are. I support clients with challenges such as emotional regulation, executive functioning, anxiety, burnout, sensory sensitivities, self-criticism, identity, and relationship or communication difficulties. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT and attachment-informed therapy, adapting strategies to be flexible, practical, and accessible for neurodivergent minds. Above all, I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, validated, and respected, and where their differences are recognized as meaningful parts of who they are.
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Hi, I'm Homa!
I specialize in working with neurodivergence, particularly ADHD. With experience assisting students and young adults from diverse backgrounds, I help navigate the challenges associated with various learning disabilities. My approach emphasizes skill-building, focusing on specific strategies to optimize strengths and mitigate difficulties in daily life. It can be challenging to navigate a new diagnosis or overwhelming symptoms. Recognizing that no two brains function alike, identifying your unique strengths and challenges can facilitate a more balanced and holistic approach to personal growth.
