My therapeutic style
I bring a compassionate and culturally sensitive approach to my work, supporting clients from diverse backgrounds through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, self-esteem issues, life transitions, and burnout.

I’m passionate about helping individuals (ages 16+) gain clarity, confidence, and emotional balance. My clients often describe feeling understood and empowered to move forward with a stronger sense of self and purpose.

I understand that seeking help can feel overwhelming. In therapy, I use a humanistic, person-centred, and integrative approach to create a safe and supportive space where you can open up at your own pace. By blending techniques from CBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Positive Psychology, Attachment Theory, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals.

Whether you’re looking for online counselling in Ontario or in-person therapy in Ottawa, my goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences and move forward with a stronger sense of self and purpose.
