I’m a bilingual Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master’s degree in Counselling and Spirituality. My background includes extensive research exploring the psychological benefits of spirituality and the impact of racial and health disparities. I bring a compassionate and culturally sensitive approach to my work, supporting clients from diverse backgrounds through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, self-esteem issues, life transitions, and burnout.

I’m passionate about helping individuals (ages 16+) gain clarity, confidence, and emotional balance. My clients often describe feeling understood and empowered to move forward with a stronger sense of self and purpose.

I understand that seeking help can feel overwhelming. In therapy, I use a humanistic, person-centred, and integrative approach to create a safe and supportive space where you can open up at your own pace. By blending techniques from CBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Positive Psychology, Attachment Theory, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals.

My approach is holistic and integrative, drawing from ACT, CBT, mindfulness, psychodynamic, and existential therapies, always tailored to your unique story and cultural context.

I have a strong passion for working with neurodivergent clients, especially those with ADHD, helping you build personalized strategies for executive functioning, emotional regulation, and self-compassion, without pathologizing the way your brain works.

 

I also work with couples, supporting partners in understanding each other more deeply, breaking out of reactive cycles, and fostering stronger emotional connections. Whether you're navigating anxiety, identity exploration, relationship challenges, or neurodiversity, we’ll work together to help you move from self-doubt to self-understanding, at a pace that feels right for you.

Our Fees:

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying): $180

Registered Psychotherapist & Social Worker (Individuals & Couples): $200

Lower fee options are available for clients without insurance coverage.
