MY THERAPEUTIC STYLE
Reclaim your voice
Anxiety, trauma, and relationship wounds can leave you feeling disconnected, from yourself, from others, and from the life you want to build. Whether you’re navigating the lingering impact of past experiences, struggling with self-doubt, or healing after narcissistic abuse, therapy can offer the space to reclaim your voice and your sense of safety.

I offer a warm, compassionate, and culturally sensitive space where you can feel truly seen and supported. My approach is client-centered and integrative, blending CBT, ACT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness-based practices. I specialize in helping individuals heal from the emotional toll of toxic or narcissistic relationships, heal from loss, rebuild self-trust, and establish healthier patterns.

Together, we’ll work to quiet anxious thoughts, strengthen your boundaries, and help you feel more grounded in who you are, not who others expect you to be.
