REGISTERED PSYCHOTHERAPIST
Anjali Aggarwal
Registered Psychotherapist · CCC
I work with individuals aged 15+, couples, and families who feel stuck in patterns they may not fully understand. Whether you're navigating anxiety, shame, relationship difficulties, or the lasting effects of childhood trauma, therapy offers a space to explore these experiences, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful, lasting change.

MY THERAPEUTIC STYLE
Trauma-informed, attachment-focused, compassionate.
Recognizing patterns that no longer serve you can be difficult, and creating change can feel overwhelming, especially when those patterns are rooted in past experiences. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and attachment-focused, helping you understand how your experiences have shaped your beliefs, emotional responses, and relationships.
Drawing on approaches such as EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I support you in processing difficult experiences, deepening your self-understanding, and developing new ways of relating to yourself and others.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported in exploring the parts of your story that may be difficult to put into words. I believe therapy can offer more than relief from symptoms; it can help you understand the roots of your struggles, reconnect with yourself, and build a stronger sense of self, more fulfilling relationships, and a greater sense of safety and connection in your life.
