Using my Master of Divinity degree from Tyndale Seminary, I provide compassionate Christian counselling for clients that profess as believers of the faith. My scope of faith counselling includes supporting clients with disordered mood, self-esteem, and relationships from a Christian lens while integrating the resources of clinical, empirical-based therapies such as Emotion-Focussed Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help clients heal and cope with current, and past stressors in their life.

In addition, I am equipped to provide clients with spiritual direction, discernment, life transitions, and spiritual stagnation in their Christian journey. I also give empathetic support to clients recovering from spiritual abuse and/or to those trying to let go of and reconcile relational transgressions with people within a church body so they can have more peace, forgiveness, and joy restored back into their life. Upon request and with your consent, we may integrate prayer, scripture and music into sessions to facilitate faith-centric counsel.
