Does This Feel Familiar?

You’re someone who feels everything deeply. You’re thoughtful, sensitive, and often the one others lean on, but inside, you’re constantly managing a storm of worry, tension, or self-doubt.

You might find yourself saying “yes” when you mean “no,” overthinking every decision, or feeling emotionally drained after social interactions. Anxiety shows up in your life in quiet but exhausting ways: racing thoughts, restlessness, difficulty focusing, or spirals of “what if” thinking.

Maybe it’s hard to relax, even when nothing’s technically wrong. You may feel stuck in a loop of procrastination, people-pleasing, or perfectionism, all while trying to keep it together on the outside.

Sometimes, anxiety spills into your relationships. You might fear being a burden, struggle to set boundaries, or question if you're “too much” for others. It’s lonely. And exhausting.

Maybe you’ve tried therapy before but didn’t feel truly seen. You need more than surface-level support, you need a therapist who gets how your mind works and can help you actually move through the anxiety, not just talk about it.

If any of this sounds like you, you’re not alone.

And we’re here to help you...

Virtual Only

Anxiety can make it hard to feel at home in your own mind. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel safe to slow down, be seen, and begin to heal at your own pace.

I offer a warm, compassionate, and culturally sensitive space where you can feel truly seen and supported. My approach is client-centered and integrative, drawing from CBT, ACT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness-based techniques. Whether you're navigating anxiety, past trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I brings both clinical expertise and lived experience to help you move toward balance, self-understanding, and meaningful growth. Together, you’ll work to quiet anxious thoughts, deepen resilience, and reconnect with a sense of fulfillment.

Virtual Only

Anxiety can feel like you're constantly bracing for something bad to happen, even when nothing's wrong. In therapy, we'll slow things down and help you feel safe in your body and your life again.

I specialize in working with anxiety that’s deeply connected to unresolved trauma, self-doubt, or past relational wounds. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply validating, grounded in the belief that healing happens at your own pace, not on a timeline.

Drawing from evidence-based practices like CBT, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, I work with you to explore the roots of your anxiety with curiosity and compassion. For couples, I offer relational work rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Imago Therapy. With a strong foundation of trust and safety, I can help you gently make sense of the past so you can feel more grounded, confident, and present in your life today.

In-Person, Downtown Ottawa & Virtual

Anxiety often shows up when we feel like we have to be everything to everyone. In therapy, we’ll create space to explore who you truly are, beyond the pressure, the fear, and the overwhelm.

I use a client-centered and holistic approach that blends evidence-based practices like ACT, CBT, and mindfulness with psychodynamic and existential insights. I have experience working with individuals navigating anxiety rooted in identity, belonging, and life transitions, including immigrants, first- and second-generation Canadians, and neurodivergent clients. With warmth and cultural sensitivity, I can help you quiet anxious thoughts, build self-compassion, and reconnect with what matters most.
